Missouri Probate Claims, LLC offers the ability to receive payment on your claim for services rendered to a person prior to their death. Our attorneys will represent you and your claim anywhere within the boundaries of the state of Missouri until settlement or judgment. This includes negotiations with the attorney for the Personal Representative for the estate and arbitration or trial of the claim, if necessary. Our services include opposing any motions for new trial or opposing any post-trial motions filed by the opposing party. Appeals and proceedings designed to execute on the judgment outside the Probate Estate may be obtained under separate agreement. Your claims will no longer be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Your attorney will be in the courtroom representing your interests during those claim hearings.
